Donald Mee is an artist/furniture maker located in Indianapolis, just south of Fountain Square. Donald graduated from the Herron School of Art and Design in 2001, and has been passionately designing and building custom furniture for 15 years. He is dedicated to producing his unique style of home/office furnishings and decor with the highest quality craftsmanship. A Donald Mee piece is a beautiful combination of art form and furniture that will function for generations as a family heirloom.
Donald Mee Design also works in the commercial realm with architects, interior designers, and general contractors to provide quality craftsmanship and exceptional design while working with the client’s specific details and requirements. Our expertise lies in metal fabrication, millwork, casework, and artistic installations (examples being unique custom lighting and eye-catching art fixtures). Donald Mee Design is not your average design studio in that they incorporate traditional hand tools into many projects, while still utilizing and being up-to-date on the latest technology in woodworking and metal fabrication. Simply put, Donald Mee Design is a one of a kind studio that is ever-changing and constantly progressing in both their design and technology.
